Derde plaats voor Popkoor Akkoord tijdens zangconcours in Joure

Zaterdag 13 mei organiseerde de Bond van Zangkoren in Friesland, de BZF, haar jaarlijkse zangconcours in de Oerdracht in Joure. Dit jaar was de opzet van het zangconcours iets gewijzigd. Deze ‘nieuwe stijl’ betekende dat het concours losser en gemakkelijker van opzet is. Plezier in het zingen staat voorop! Een tiental koren presenteerden deze dag de door hun ingestudeerde nummers aan jury en publiek. Na de lunchpauze was het de beurt aan Popkoor Akkoord. Het inzingnummer van het koord was Avond. De twee liedjes die door de jury beoordeeld werden, waren “Sa dat’st my leafde fielst” en “Walk me home”. Hiermee wist het koor de derde plaats in de wacht te slepen. De dag werd beëindigd met samenzang “Kom no minsken sjong” en het Frysk Folksliet. (Foto's: Bond van Zangkoren in Friesland)
